Place was charming and minutes from El Jardin. Helpful and accommodating staff & owner. Huge room, complete with perhaps better ventilation and windows to Calle Relox and balcony.

Value for money was excellent with comfortable apartments instead of just hotel rooms. The location was amazing, just one block from the main square. The staff, especially Jaime the manager, were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The morning meal could have been improved by offering more variety or options.

We loved the spacious accommodation with a kitchen and two bedrooms. The included breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a highlight. The hotel's location was perfect, just half a block from the main square and beautiful churches. The architecture of the colonial house was stunning, with rooftop gardens offering great views of the city. The hosts, Jaime Ruiz and his family, were incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs.
We felt so at home during our stay that we have no complaints.

The location of the hotel was perfect, near the center and within walking distance to all the historical spots. the cafe in the courtyard offered delicious complimentary lunch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
The parking site was quite far from the hotel, requiring a walk of over 500 meters, which was quite inconvenient for those who needed to use their vehicle.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable. It was right in the heart of the action, with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants right on the same street. The main plaza was also just a block away, making it convenient to explore. the courtyard and rooftop terrace were beautiful and peaceful, providing a great space to relax and unwind.
One downside of this hotel was the shower. It had very low water pressure, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

The staff went above and beyond when we requested a room change, making sure we had a suite with a kitchen. The location was mind-blowing, just half a block from the central square with all the restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was super spacious, clean, and had all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. It was also surprisingly inexpensive considering its proximity to everything. The free breakfast in the courtyard was delicious, and the service was incredibly quick and personal since it wasn't crowded. our stay was jaw-droppingly fantastic and we highly recommend it!
